Our booking requirements are as follows:
- 30% now to secure the dates, preferably by credit card
- Within 14 days of today we will need: another 30%, along with the rental agreement, and copies of drivers licenses.
- No less than 30 days prior to check-in: The balance of 40% along with a separate check for $250 for the refundable damage deposit.
Responsible guest must provide proof of age 25 years or older.
